Cobalt sulfates are a key component of most electric vehicles’ lithium-ion batteries. Demand for these batteries is forecasted to grow by 3x by 2035. The Inflation Reduction Act has provided the incentives to on-shore battery production and that industry must have domestic source of cobalt.

Cobalt super-alloys have excellent high-temperature strength and corrosion resistance properties. This makes them key materials in many aerospace applications. Our defense sector cannot keep the US and her Allies in the fight without a secure supply.
